Service Description
Our sewing basics class is the perfect thing to begin your sewing journey. Our instructor will walk you through the basics of machine sewing. Which includes introduction to the machine, parts & threading and basic machine stitches. This is a project based class where you will make a lunch bag to take home! We highly recommend that you bring your own sewing machine to learn on, as each sewing machine is slightly different and it is extremely helpful to learn on the sewing machine you will be using most often. We do have a limited number of sewing machines available for rent for an additional $10. This class is $90 if you bring your own sewing machine and $100 if you would like to rent one of ours. Please let us know when you sign up if you will need to rent a machine; they will only be available on a first come first served basis. The July 29th session of Sewing Basics will be held at Rainbow Library. *This class is not a Library District event. Cancellation Policy
All class participants must call the shop at 702-522-9551 for any cancellations or rescheduling. All classes are non-refundable, however, if you cannot attend a class that you have signed up for, we will give you a credit, good for 90 days, to use towards another class. No call-no show forfeits any refund or exchange. If for any reason Pincushion must cancel a class, your class fee will be fully refunded.
